City of New Port Richey offers FREE mulch to all of West Pasco
After collecting yard debris from city residents, it’s chipped, piled, watered, and turned monthly to aid decomposition and processing of the organic matter. The resulting heat that is generated internally during this process eliminates any weed seeds that may remain in a final recycled mulch product. The final product is a beautiful, dark mulch of native organic material to feed your soil, reduce water consumption and reduce weeds.
The recycled mulch is available FREE to the public during daylight hours across the street from 6420 Pine Hill Road and is an excellent product for your fall gardening or landscaping needs. The City of New Port Richey will deliver FREE mulch to all of West Pasco citizens whether it be residential or commercial. the size of the mulch load varies from 1-14 yards.
